Is the conference intended for AFHTO members only? Will the program be of interest to non-members?

AFHTO’s purpose is to ensure equitable access to primary care teams for all Ontarians. Our 200 member organizations provide care for 3.5 million Ontarians and counting….. Our conference is for ANY stakeholder who values team based primary care from any jurisdiction looking for a place to connect with like-minded colleagues, have open dialogue to ensure we are always improving primary care team models and quality care and who have new ideas to bring to the table. We welcome you to our conference and our community!

When will the program be available?

We will be launching the program in three versions. The Scientific Planning Committee is working hard to build a strong program to meet the needs of the AFHTO community. we are executing our peer reviewed process to identify the strongest abstracts for inclusion in the program and securing sponsored sessions to round out the experience. The first program reveal will be released end of July, 2025.

How long will early bird prices be available?

Early bird prices are available until September 30th, 2025. Remember to also book your travel and accommodation!

Are there discounts for travel and hotel?

Of course! We know its important to do what we can to keep costs down so our AFHTO community can attend our conference. The registration website contains all of the information you need. We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the best savings.
